Our Class "A" cap is a great alternative for a Class "A" Chimney System with solid pack insulation. Our hoods are oversized and they typically measure 16" across.

 The ACS Class "A" is made of 24 gauge 304 stainless steel. It is designed for LIFETIME use with a removable lid for easier future cleanings.  Stock diameters 5" - 12".

Bolt On Adaptor 8 (BOA8X8)

Our bolt on adapter plates are used for adapting any round cap onto a masonry square or rectangle chimney flue.

  Our Animal guards were built to prevent pestly animals from nesting in your chimney such as squirrels, opossums, racoons, etc.

The ACS Animal Guards are constructed with 20 gauge base and 20 gauge screen type 304 stainless steel for a LIFETIME  of use.

 Our standard ACS Animal Guards are 4" high for the bolt on and 4" high for the cement on and are available in either 3/4" mesh or 9/16" square holes. Since we manufacture everything in house, we like to use the term "if you can visualize it, we can materialize it". Vacu Stack Solid Pack 6in. (VSS6)

This cap is used to cure most wind-related back puffing problems. When wind hits the Vacu-Stack it actually increases draft in proportion to the wind speed. The Vacu-Stack won't cure an otherwise poorly drawing flue. Do not use it to cure anything but wind related back puffing problems. Vacu Stack Air Cooled 6in. (VSSTDW6)

The Vacu-Stack Air Cooled Chimney Cap is the best solution for wind induced downdrafts. It is designed to fit double or triple-wall, air-insulated, factory built chimneys to stop wind from blowing into the chimney regardless of the wind direction. By accelerating air flow around the Vacu-Stack, flue gasses are forced to flow up and out of the chimney.

This Vacu-Stack Air Cooled Chimney Cap features a unique design that actually increses the draft when the wind hits it as opposed to deflecting it down the chimney and overpowering the draft. A special large 16" bottom collar rests underneath the cap to keep rain from entering the air-insulated chimney and maintain the proper internal venting that is required.
